This is a private event management site for one baby shower, run by Stefany and Danny. It is not a business and it sells nothing. Here is everything it keeps and who can see it.

What you tell the RSVP form

Your name, whichever of email or phone you give us, whether you are coming, how many are in your party, and anything you write in the guest list, meal, allergies or message boxes. Nothing else. Your contact detail is also how a second reply finds your first one and updates it, instead of counting you twice.

Photos you add

The photo itself, the name you type if you type one, and the size and date of the file. Your phone is given a random id in a cookie so the wall knows which photos are yours to remove; that id is never sent back to any browser, including yours.

Cookies

Four, none of them for tracking or advertising: the invitation password you entered, for 30 days; the hosts' sign-in, for 12 hours; the language you picked, for a year; and the random photo id above. There is no analytics, and no script on this site comes from anyone else.

Addresses

Wrong passwords and repeated submissions are counted against the network address they came from, which is what stops a stranger guessing the password or flooding the guest list. The counter is a number and a timestamp; a correct password deletes it.

Who sees it

Stefany and Danny, through a dashboard behind a separate password, and they can download the replies as a spreadsheet to plan the day. Guests see each other's photos on the photo wall and nothing else — not the guest list, not anyone's contact details.

Where it is kept

The site runs on Vercel and its data lives in Convex, both in the United States. If the hosts have connected Google Drive, the full-quality original of each photo is saved to a folder in their own Drive, and the site can reach nothing else in it.

Changing or removing it

Send the RSVP form again with the same email or phone and it replaces your answer. You can remove your own photos from the wall. For anything else — take my reply off the list, delete that photo for good — ask the hosts and they will do it.
